Springbok Casino Deposit & Withdrawal
Deposits at Springbok Casino start at R10 and arrive instantly on every method except a wire transfer; withdrawals start at R500 and are processed in 48 to 72 hours. You can pay with Instant EFT, a Visa or Mastercard card, Payz, Bitcoin or a wire transfer, and the account runs in rands, so nothing is converted on the way in or out.
This page lists the limits for every method, walks through a deposit and a withdrawal, and covers the usual reasons a payment gets stuck.

Processing time is how long we take to release the payment. After that, a bank transfer can add its own working days.
Money normally goes back the way it came in, so the method you deposit with is usually the one you withdraw to. Payz and Bitcoin work well in both directions.
How to Deposit Funds at Springbok Casino
- Log in, or open an account if you do not have one yet.
- Open the Cashier and choose Deposit.
- If you are claiming a bonus, enter the Springbok Casino coupon code now, before paying.
- Pick a method and enter the amount in rands. Check it is above both the method minimum and the bonus minimum.
- Confirm, and finish the payment in your bank app, EFT screen or wallet if it asks you to.
Card, EFT, Payz and Bitcoin deposits show in your balance straight away. A wire transfer can take up to two business days to arrive.
How to Withdraw from Springbok Casino?
- Make sure your account is verified. The documents are listed under Springbok Casino verification.
- Check that no bonus is still being wagered. Asking for a payout while one is active usually cancels the bonus and anything won with it.
- Open the Cashier, choose Withdraw and pick the method. It is normally the one you deposited with.
- Enter the amount (from R500) and confirm.
Full payout rules are on the Springbok Casino withdrawal page. We process withdrawals within 48 to 72 hours, or up to two business days for a wire transfer. You can follow the status in your transaction history. Your first withdrawal takes longest, because verification happens before it.
Payment Methods Available in the Mobile App
The cashier in the Springbok Casino app has the same methods and limits as the desktop site. Instant EFT fits especially well on a phone: you choose your bank, approve the payment in your banking app, and come back to a topped-up balance without typing card numbers. Verification photos can also be taken and uploaded straight from the phone camera.
Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
- Smallest deposit: R10 with Payz. Cards start at R150, Instant EFT at R51 or R71, Bitcoin at R250 and a wire transfer at R2,500.
- Smallest withdrawal: R500 for every method.
- Largest withdrawal: R25,000 per request by card, EFT or Payz, R50,000 by Bitcoin and R75,000 by wire, with a total of R75,000 per week and R250,000 per month. Progressive jackpot wins are paid out in full, in instalments where they exceed these caps.
A deposit that clears the method minimum can still be too small for a bonus, since each coupon has its own threshold. The binding rules are in the terms and conditions.
Security of Payment Methods at Springbok Casino
Every page of the cashier runs over an encrypted connection, and card details go to the payment provider, not into your casino account. Payments are handled by our processing company, Enneagon Ltd.
Verification is part of the protection. Because the name on the account, the payment method and the ID must be the same person, a stolen card or a hijacked login cannot simply be cashed out to somebody else. You can add to this yourself: use a password you do not use anywhere else, and only log in on the address you know is ours.
Typical Problems with Payment Methods
Most payment problems are solved with a quick check on your side or one message to support. When you contact support, have ready the email on your account, the amount, the method, roughly when you paid, and the reference from your bank or wallet. That way the first reply can fix the problem instead of asking questions. The three most common cases:
Delayed Payouts
Check the status in your transaction history first. If it says pending, it is still inside our 48 to 72 hour window, and the most common hold-up is verification that is incomplete or waiting for a clearer photo. If it says approved, the money has left us, and a bank transfer can take a few more working days to reach your account. If the window has passed and the status has not changed, contact support with the date and amount of the request.
Rejected Transactions
For a declined deposit, check the card number, expiry date and your available balance, and whether your bank blocks gambling transactions. Some banks do this by default, others because the account holder asked for it. If you set up that block yourself, it is doing its job.
For a declined withdrawal, the usual reasons are an active bonus with its wagering requirement still to finish, an amount under R500, a method in someone else's name, or verification that is not finished. Ask our support for the exact reason before you contact your bank, because the bank cannot see why we declined it.
Technical Glitches
Before you try again, look at your balance and transaction history. A payment that seemed to fail has sometimes gone through, and paying twice creates a second transaction to untangle. If nothing is listed, refresh the page or switch browser and repeat the payment once. If the money has left your bank but is not in your balance, do not pay again: send support the bank reference and the time of the payment.
