Verifying your account
Every regulated casino verifies identity before it pays out. Doing it when you open the account rather than when you have won costs the same effort and much less waiting.
What is asked for
Proof of identity — a passport or ID card. Proof of address — a utility bill or bank statement, usually dated within the last three months. Proof that the payment method is yours: for a card, an image showing the name and the last four digits with the rest covered; for a wallet or bank, a statement header carrying your name.
Why documents come back
Almost always for reasons that have nothing to do with suspicion: a corner cropped off, a glare across the photograph, a statement older than the window, a name that does not match the account exactly. Photograph the whole document flat, in daylight, with all four corners visible, and register in the name on your ID rather than the one you use.
Do it early
Verification is the usual reason a first withdrawal takes longer than the second. Sending the documents on the day you open the account moves that wait to a moment when you are not waiting for money, and it is the same set of documents either way.
Elsewhere in the catalogue
Deposits and withdrawals go through the cashier on this site, and support answers from it. Nobody stands between you and your balance.
18+. Gambling has a negative expected value — play with money you can lose, and set your limits in the cashier first. More on responsible play.
Responsible play
Gambling is entertainment with a negative expected value, not income. Deposit only what you can afford to lose, set limits in the cashier before you play, and stop when the session stops being fun. Nobody under 18 may play.
Licence, funds and fake copies
This is the operator’s own site. We run the games, hold player funds and answer for payouts — there is no third party between you and your balance. Deposits and withdrawals go through the cashier on this site and nowhere else.
Sites that copy this brand appear constantly — review pages, “mirrors”, near-identical domains. They are not us and cannot credit a deposit. Check the address before you log in; if it did not come from us, from our email or from our support, treat it as somebody else’s.
